Dispatcher operation
Operation (mostly) without personal local to the stations. Succession of trains
is coordinated by a central dispatcher. Train personal communicates directly with
the dispatcher for every train movement.

"Streckenblock" uses technical means to make sure that there is only one train
on a track section between two signals at every time.

We develop a system that consists of electronical components, but shall be usable
