I drive my car with Bio-Ethanol, but from the very beginning on I was very unhappy with the bad cold start quality and the high consumption of my engine. The only reason why i stayed with E85 was the massive power output from my turbo engine, which compensates for all the other hassle. So I have used E85 for many years, have developed my own E85 cold start extension and since this day i was satisfied with the actual state of affairs.

But than there came the possibility to modify LH2.4. Several people around the world are working on decoding the internal functions and disassembling the code of LH2.4, and with all this information snippets it's possible to modify LH2.4 in an acceptable way. So I have made two types of chips, one for Bio-Ethanol and one for Gasoline.

General features of the tuned chips:

  • Extended main fuel map to 6800rpm
  • Rev limiter set to 6800rpm
  • Air mass meter limiter map set to maximum (colloquial: Fuel-Cut)
  • Better acceleration
  • Fits also for the 3"AMM with 445cc/min (Gasoline) or Siemens 630cc/min (E85 ) injectors

E85 Bio-Ethanol chip:

  • Better cold start enrichment during cranking (still not enough)
  • Several modifications to match the E85 needs and get the mixture leaner (all over)
  • Improved consumption (~5-10%)
  • Subjective there is no loss in power in comparsion to the stock chip, this chip feels even better

Gasoline chip:

  • Several modifications to get the mixture leaner (all over)
  • Improved consumption over the complete power band

012 MAF:

All chips are also available with the 3" 012 MAF map integrated, this enables you to drive the bigger 3" MAF sensor without changing injectors. With this upgrade you can drive e.g. the stock 317cc/min B230FT injectors with a 3" MAF sensor to advance the power band and everything will fit.


E85 Bio-Ethanol ECO-Power Chip Set:


I have a special LH/EZK chip set for 'Bio-Ethanol only' engines.
It's a 'High-Power-Economy-Set' which is strictly coupled to a specific hardware setup due to it's lean tuning:
  • 3" MAF Bosch 0280-213-012
  • Fuel Injectors Siemens 107961 60's, 630cc/min@3bar, 4-Beam spray-pattern
  • Fuel pressure 3bar
  • Bosch EZ-116K 0227-400-148 with daughterboard or EZ-116K 0227-400-207;208;219 chipable Goldbox (optional)
  • Spark Plugs Bosch WR5DC+ (NGK 8)


  • Please note that this chip set is not applicable for gasoline engines!

This map is optimized for low consumption.
Due to the higher burning rate of a lean E85 mixture
the ignition angle will be (notional) slightly advanced
and gives you a higher power output with less consumption.
This e85 map is even better than a full power gasoline map!
